Terms of Use
The terms on which this service may be used.
These terms apply to everyone who uses this service. Using it means accepting them.
Your account
An account is personal to you. You are responsible for what is done with it.
- Give accurate information when you register, and keep it current
- Do not share your password, and do not use anybody else's account
- Tell the county at once if you believe your account has been used by someone else
Accounts may be suspended where these terms are broken.
What you submit
You must be entitled to submit what you submit.
- Documents must be genuine and must relate to the application they are attached to
- Professionals named on an application must have consented to being named and must hold current practising licences
- Submitting a forged document, or an application in somebody else's name without their authority, is an offence and will be reported
Once an application is lodged, what was lodged is kept as a record. It cannot be withdrawn from the record, though the application itself may be withdrawn.
Decisions
Nothing on this service is a decision until it is issued as one. A fee calculation, a status, or a comment from a reviewing officer does not grant permission. Only Form P.P.A 2 does that.
An approval may carry conditions. It is granted on the information supplied; if that information was wrong, the approval may be revoked.
Availability
The county aims to keep this service available at all times but does not guarantee it. Statutory time limits are not extended by the service being unavailable, and applications may also be lodged at the department's offices.
Changes
These terms may change. The version published here is the one in force.
